What FarSerene is
FarSerene is a trip-planning tool. You describe a trip in plain language; we use an AI model (Anthropic Claude) to interpret your request and generate a priced, structured itinerary drawing on real hotel, transport, and attraction data. It is a planning aid, not a travel agency, and not a booking service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FarSerene. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.
AI-generated content
Itineraries, prices, and copy are generated with AI and are provided for planning purposes only. Prices, availability, opening hours, and travel requirements (visas, documentation, vaccinations) change and must be independently verified with the relevant provider before you rely on them or book anything. We disclose that you're interacting with an AI system at the point of use, as required by the EU AI Act.
Bookings happen off-platform
FarSerene links you to third-party booking partners for hotels, flights, and attractions. Any booking, payment, cancellation, or refund is a contract between you and that partner, governed by their terms — not ours. We are not a party to that transaction, we do not process payment on your behalf, and we are not liable for the partner's pricing, availability, service, or conduct. Some links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you book through them, at no extra cost to you.
Free tier and limits
Anonymous and free-tier use is subject to generation limits designed to keep the service sustainable. We may change these limits, and may introduce paid tiers, with notice on the site.
Acceptable use
Don't use FarSerene to scrape, resell, or automate bulk requests against the service, to submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, or to attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarSerene is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from bookings made through third-party partners or from reliance on AI-generated pricing or itinerary details.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
